HK & ethnic minority shop assistants are all very friendly say thank you






The Hong Kong and ethnic minority shop assistants are all very friendly. Surprisingly, they can say thank you to customers in English.

There were many customers during lunch time, although the restaurant was not completely full, but this was a good thing because many ramen restaurants on this street were closed. It's no longer the famous [Lantern] Ramen Street that it once was.

A Cantonese-speaking minority waiter greeted me warmly and asked me to come in and sit down. Then another Hong Kong waiter recommended that I order their lunch set: spicy fish soup with noodles, fried chicken slices, some kimchi, cold tofu, and a fruity soda drink.
Maybe it's busy at lunch time, there are many customers and you have to wait for a while.
However, I was quite disappointed when I saw the fish soup tsukemen, it was not very appealing, it had 2 large pieces of dry and solid char siu, the fat around it seemed to be falling off, and there was basically no Japanese nori, luckily I added extra Korean kimchi.

Luckily, I ordered the spicy fish soup dipping noodles, which had a very strong fishy smell. I can’t imagine what it would be like without the spicy seasoning? ! Maybe it's my own taste, but the soup wasn't my cup of tea. Ramen is usually not too bad, and after I dipped it in the soup, the ramen absorbed enough of the sauce and tasted better than before.

As for the Golden Medal Fried Chicken, it was very delicious. Crispy and delicious, it goes very well with salad dressing.
Maybe try their chicken wings next time too.

Korean kimchi is spicy and sweet.

The most recommended one must be cold tofu.
It's hard to find this kind of food in ramen restaurants.
It was nice to try, just like eating salty ice cream on a hot summer day, dipped in dark soy sauce, soft and fluffy.

As I ate I looked around at their wallpaper posters, lots of beer recommendations, by the way there are some minority staff, maybe some foreign patrons in the evenings or weekends? wonderful!

Although the tsukemen is ordinary and nothing special, the cold tofu is very suitable for summer, tastes good, and the service is very friendly.
The seats were comfortable too, I would probably come back again.

午市人客較多,雖不至於全店滿座,但這己可喜可賀, 因為這條街上的許多拉麵店已經關門了。不再像以前那樣著名的[ 燈籠]拉麵街了.

一位講廣東話的少數民族店員熱情地接待了我,讓我進去坐下,然後另一位香港店員推薦我點他們的午餐套餐:魚介湯沾麵辣味、金賞炸雞片、加點泡菜、涼拌豆腐、果味梳打飲料。
也許午餐時間很忙,顧客很多,您必須等待一段時間。
然而當我看到魚介湯沾麵時,相當失望,不太吸引人,它有2大塊的較乾實叉燒,週邊的肥肉好似就快甩掉,基本上沒有日本海苔,幸運的是我添加了額外的韓國泡菜。

幸運的是,我點了辣魚介湯沾麵,魚腥味非常重,我無法想像沒有香料會是什麼樣子? !也許是我自己的口味,但它的湯不是我杯茶。拉麵通常不會太難吃,之後沾上湯汁,拉麵吸收了足夠的醬汁,比之前更好吃.

至於金獎炸雞塊,非常好吃。香脆可口,沾沙拉醬非常搭配。
下次也許也試試他們的雞翅。

韓國泡菜又辣又甜。

最推薦的一定是冷豆腐。
在拉麵店裡很難找到這種食物。
很高興嘗試,就像炎熱夏天吃鹹鹹的冰淇淋,沾上黑醬油,軟軟的。

當我吃飯的時候,我環顧著他們的壁紙海報,推薦很多啤酒,順便說一下,還有一些少數族裔員工,也許晚上或週末會有一些外國顧客嗎?美好的!

雖然沾麵很普通,沒有什麼特別之處,但是涼拌豆 腐很適合夏天,味道不錯,服務也很熱情。
座位也很舒服,我可能會再來的。

今非昔比不論拉麵和服務皆下滑僅中等以己
人無千日好花無百紅果真千古不易定律,
曾幾何時這店也是我的心頭好
舊地重臨面目全非店員,既沒有日語歡迎也沒有多謝,它們鎮店之寶蝦湯系列拉麵早己嚐遍均高水準,最後今天來試蝦汁撈麵,追加多隻蝦,上菜沒有以前請慢用,但賣相不俗,可是一夾起些麵就知出事,就像被膠水䊢實了很難捞起,何來撈麵呢?也看不見有蝦汁掛在麵條上?推算被麵條吸收了?可是當咬一口我感受不到任何鮮蝦味?極其量只能說是橙色醬油撈麵!
更沒有湯汁一碗半碗伴隨沾上[早於餐牌上說明] 就如乾撈麵但不乾爽,推算沒有添加額外油份先攪拌,就只這樣直接把麵條從熱水中煮完放入碗中,所以粉槳在一起,這幾乎不可能原諒竟然發生在著名食府上?! 畢竟不是非常便宜菜色!
然後就是追加熟蝦像是水煮沒有任何調味而且過熟肉質較實,豚肉粒更是有點柴,碎碎像是餸頭餸尾堆在一碗給你吃?!
不過日系象徵糖心蛋軟糯甜美,小食餃子香脆有肉汁,意外油醋沙律伴菜清新可口。
也有特色果味汽酒,酸甜微薰比較合女生,為黃昏添上點滴醉意,突然覺得略似日本女生喜歡淺嚐美酒風味。
這是最近六月中堂食分享。雖然如此,整體上未算上盛,味道還可,服務普通,卻又不至於太差。
當然不可能和過去相比!

真的很懷念在兔新年曾經吃過有牡蠣[ 蠔]的蝦湯麵節日限定套餐,豚肉以外另類選擇,香濃辣味蝦湯沾上掛汁軟硬適中麵條配上粉嫩淺粉紅色樱花蝦,最最重要加上鮮甜美味牡蠣[ 蠔]畫龍點精!充滿海洋氣息。

唯一不完美就是未能如宣傳餐牌奉上招財猫梳打汽水,只簡單一句賣完,服務其實由當時己漸漸遜色,改以波子汽水代替可是相同收費,不過最後也送上精美利是封。

這些可己是俱往矣。

經疫情風波後,
雖然往昔大排長龍己不復見,
但帶位迎客的男店員(紅衣)
仍非常殷勤款待,

隨隨入座後,
每位都有隔壁,
隔間內的廉緩緩半捲起,
男店員操着流俐的日語,
幫我奉上杯子,
(水是自按枱上水制倒入杯子)
怎麼不是日本茶!?
(可能疫情吧?)

然後下廉,
我就開始填表下單,
(如不明可看貼在隔壁上單張)

最終當我按下鐘聲,
他再用日語
接單,等食!

避免不必要接觸,
又安全又禮貌,
非常日本貼心,

這店裝備衛生隔間距離
從開始至今己經是如此,
不特別因疫情才這樣,
可見高章!衛生安全!

菜單款式$歷來如常
比較基本和貴(名氣):
基本上$95
有一碗豚骨湯拉麵,
2塊薄薄叉燒少少聰花,

但你可按自己喜歡追加
半/1個麵
配料蛋,木耳....
秘制赤辣醬汁......
甚至一碟燒豚肉!

最好是可讓客人加上個人口味,
湯可濃可淡,多油水走油,
麵硬/軟,不/有辣加辣$$
走碗走肉(講笑)
任君調教出一碗,
怎會不好吃?!

伴上波子氣水,特飲.....
再加上甜品
當然要+$$

可能因這是高級店!
但對不起沒有可樂.

不消一會兒!
先上糖心蛋,
唉!蛋是要自己剝殼!
真的啼笑皆非!
是因為衛生?還是疫情?缺人手?

但最令我大惑的是蛋仍是白色的?
如平時經過鹵水的該是啡色?

當時我己經很肚餓,
還要剝蛋剮開一半,
又驚整爛隻蛋,打唔到咭!
簡直大整蠱!

幸好完整用筷子夾開,
下次一定要記得帶條線割蛋!

再起簾上菜!
店員非常有禮貌以日語
"oh ne ka i ki ma se!"

雖然隔著口罩和在廉下,
仍感受到笑容和誠意!

疫情後水準如何?

先嚐湯?
真的不得了!濃郁油香!但不肥膩!
暫時我覺得最好味的頂級豚骨湯!

經過
自己糖心蛋自己剝
特別好吃!
香軟甜心,但白色的!

叉燒略嫌稍薄,但也甘香軟綿,

天使髮絲般讖幼麵!
最討女生歡喜,
雖然我比較喜愛粗麵,
但也可一試,

總括以言一绝!Ichiban!

最後離去時,
收銀員和帶位員都是(紅衣)
笑容可掬地迎送客人!

早前逛街曾經過他們有關分店,
見到看似不錯,可惜當時已用膳,但已留下好印象.有緣今次再在這美食廣場巧遇怎可再錯過?!喜出望外😋✨是日店員笑言推介炸雞翼脾定食初嚐,不久玲聲响可取餐,店員還貼心地"請慢用"👍果然酥脆香口,皮脆肉嫩熱呼呼配幼切椰菜絲,連飯也軟綿綿加濃郁麵豉湯,就只是醬汁2款份量就真太少?!整體以言也是誠意美食,賣相,味道,價格也合理.
也許世界各地有不同美食,就我以言,我就感到日本料理有種獨特味道"人情味"店員打從心底的暖意服務往往是最留得住客人的心
