基本上，他們年輕侍者和女服務員提供相當不錯的客戶服務,
但是當你想額外一杯水，他們會告訴你去自助櫃檯，並不幫助你？告示板並提醒你不要浪費太多水！
太奇怪的服務在餐廳發生？？！！
RISO Cafe & Sora ti.te.mo is a Western Cuisine restaurant . The western cuisine and pizza is delicious and the fruity tea is very nice. Affordable price is more cheaper than the most of fast food shop in HK. also the boys next my table agree its their good dinner choice...oh! because in hk more young and busy and lazy motherS are not cooking at home since a long time ago....... !!!! so many lover come to here they enjoy the lovely place and food ,too!
basically they have quite good customer services provided by young waiter and waitress. but when you want one cup of water extra, they would told you go to self-help counter and help your self?! and remind you don't waste the water too much by notice board!? Too strange services occur in restaurant???!!!
