It's a dynamic ramen shop! Interior decoration , service and ramen also very modern!
When you just walk in the shop , shop attendant will greeting you cheerfully!
Especially I prefer their 85% bar table and open kitchen decoration!
The rest 15% are 2 people table.
I can watching the chef how to cook the ramen? It's very interesting!
Also their menu and table setting are quite impressive!
When the ramen already done, the chef will give it in front of you by himself cheerfully (when you are sitting around bar table) Also he will remind you be caution with hot soup !
Because it's new fusion ramen!
They have many new ingredient selection such as chicken and duck while traditional ramen shop mainly are pork plus few seafood .
They even have duck soup (limited edition)while traditional only have pork soup.
It has salad vegetables and western mushroom, raw garlic, yellow corn.
The soup is totally different from the typical Japanese ramen. Although I order a spicy soup, but It's very light and fresh not very spicy! It's suitable for someone whom can't eat spicy but also want to try it.
And the tanpuyaki chicken streak really delicious! If they increase the chicken size ,then it's perfect!
Besides these, the tamago half cooked egg also really soft tender sweet, and it's whole egg while some similar shop only got half egg!
The ramen noodle is thin like Angel hair, I think female will be like it!
conclusion:
On the other hand,if someone whom are loyal to traditional Japanese ramen they might be disappointed!

These New fusion ramen style maybe fit for foreigner,
Therefore, I saw they also have few foreign customer,too!
By the way it seems a little bit over price! If they can enhance more about the ramen presentation, it will look more high class!
Then it will impress customers to think it's worthy!
